Issue Clothing. Uniform Clothing Effective with the 2007 Clothing issue, uniform clothing shall be provided without cost to Operators, Station Collectors and TCT Clerks provided they remain in the service of the Commission. The initial standard uniform issue for new Operators, Collectors and TCT Clerks shall consist of, and be issued, as follows: • One standard uniform suit consisting of one blazer and three pairs of trousers; • Six uniform shirts short (S 600) or long (S 900) sleeves, a maximum of two uniform shirts may be substituted by two “golf” shirts (i.e. four uniform shirts and two golf shirts); • Four clip-on or regular ties; • One sweater or vest; • One parka;* • One topcoat or windbreaker; • One spring/summer cap; • One fur winter cap; • Two baseball caps; * The Commission will provide parkas to Operators similar to those provided to Supervisors. After the initial standard uniform issue, Operators, Station Collec- tors and TCT Clerks will receive 600 points every two years and will use these points to select replacement uniform clothing from the following chart. This ensures the appropriate issue for each employee and that deportment be maintained to a standard acceptable to the Employer. (Note: Employees have the option of selecting one (1) tunic, two (2) pairs of trousers and one (1) pair of shorts with three (3) pairs of socks every two (2) years.) 1 Cap or Sleeveless Pullover or Long Sleeve Pullover or Winter Cap every 2 years (Note: Wheel-Trans Operators have option of 1 Rainwear or Winter Cap every 2 years in addition to the Spring and Summer Cap and Pullover option)

  • Clothing Employees after 152 hours employment with the Company will be supplied with:

  • Protective Clothing 14.1 The Employer will be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment 20.1 In accordance with the Health and Safety in Employment Act and associated Regulations, the Employer shall ensure that employees are provided with any protective equipment required to ensure the safety of employees while at work. The maintenance and replacement of this equipment is the responsibility of the Employer.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Protective Clothing & Equipment While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • When You Have More Than One Plan with BCBSRI If you are covered under more than one plan with us, you are entitled to covered benefits under both plans. If one plan has a benefit that the other(s) does not, you are entitled to coverage under the plan that has the benefit. The total payments you receive will never be more than the total allowable expense for the services you receive.

  • School Closures L13.13 Where a school is scheduled to close at the end of a school year, the transfer or placement for the following school year of a Teacher in that school will be considered prior to transfer under L13.8.

  • Protective Footwear Effective January 1, 2002, and on that date for each subsequent calendar year, the Hospital will provide $80 per calendar year to each full-time and $45 per calendar year to each regular part-time employee who is required by the Hospital to wear safety footwear during the course of his duties. The employees who will be required to wear safety footwear will be negotiated locally and set out in the Local Provisions Appendix. Note: The existing central language designating the classifications of employees which are deemed to require appropriate safety footwear shall be transferred to the local appendix.

  • Personal Protective Clothing 11.1 On commencement of employment with the Employer each employee will be issued with the following; • Two pairs of overalls or agreed alternative such as two shirts and two pairs of pants or jeans. • One pair of approved safety boots to the value of $75.00 increasing to a value of $80.00 from 1 July 2006, increasing to a value of $85.00 from 1 July 2009. • One bluey jacket or agreed equivalent (May to October). Nylon jackets and those with metal zips shall not be acceptable. • Any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the safe conduct of work.
