Xxxxx Xx Blanc is the Managing Director of the Defendant and signed a Witness Statement on behalf of the Defendant in this capacity7. In his witness statement, Xx. Xx Xxxxx specifically addressed several issues that are relevant and material to the present case, namely the import of the Court’s Staff Handbook and the Claimant’s poor performance appraisal which led to the appointment of an IT Director. He also denied that the Claimant had been subjected to bullying, intimidation and harassment by Xx. Xxxxxxxx and other senior personnel of the Defendant.
