Common use of Issuance Period Clause in Contracts

Issuance Period. Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) April 14, 2015 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such date), and (ii) the 30th day after Prudential shall have given to the Corporation, or the Corporation shall have given to Prudential, a written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such 30th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such 30th day). The period during which Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Issuance Period. Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) April 14September 15, 2015 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such date), 2007 and (ii) the 30th thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the CorporationCompany, or the Corporation Company shall have given to Prudential, a written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of notes Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such 30th thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such 30th thirtieth day). The period during which Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “‘Issuance Period‘.”.

Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) April 14December 20, 2015 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such date), 2014 and (ii) the 30th thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the CorporationCompany, or the Corporation Company shall have given to Prudential, a written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of notes Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such 30th thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such 30th thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) April 14, 2015 (or if such the second anniversary of the date is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such date), of this Agreement and (ii) the 30th thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the CorporationCompany, or the Corporation Company shall have given to Prudential, a written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of notes pursuant to this Agreement Facility (or if such 30th thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such 30th thirtieth day). The period during which Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “"Issuance Period”".
