AN INHERENT RISK OF ANY COMMUNAL LIVING OR SHARED LIVING ENVIRONMENT IS THE INCREASED POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO PATHOGENS AND CONTAGIOUS VIRUSES, INCLUDING COVID-19 DUE TO THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHERS.
