Common use of Irrevocable Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Irrevocable Power of Attorney. The power of attorney conferred on the Lessor pursuant to the provisions of this Section 12.1, being coupled with an interest, shall be irrevocable for as long as this Lease is in effect or any Lease Obligations are outstanding, shall not be affected by any disability or incapacity which the Lessee may suffer and shall survive the same. Such power of attorney, is provided solely to protect the interests of the Lessor and shall not impose any duty on the Lessor to exercise any such power, and neither the Lessor nor such attorney-in-fact shall be liable for any act, omission, error in judgment or mistake of law, except as the same may result from its gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The power of attorney conferred on the Lessor pursuant to the provisions of this Section 12.112.1.6, being coupled with an interest, shall be irrevocable for as so long as this Lease is in effect or any Lease Obligations are outstanding, shall not be affected by any disability or incapacity which the Lessee may suffer and shall survive the same. Such power of attorney, attorney is provided solely to protect the interests of the Lessor and shall not impose any duty on the Lessor to exercise any such power, and neither the Lessor nor such attorney-in-fact shall be liable for any act, omission, error in judgment or mistake of law, except as the same may result from its gross negligence or willful wilful misconduct.

Irrevocable Power of Attorney. The power of attorney conferred on the Lessor pursuant to the provisions of this Section 12.1, being 13.1.6 is coupled with an interest, shall be irrevocable for as so long as this Lease is in effect or any Obligations arising under any of the Lease Obligations are outstandingDocuments, and shall survive and not be affected by any disability or incapacity which the Lessee may suffer and shall survive the samesuffer. Such power of attorney, attorney is provided solely to protect the interests of the Lessor and shall not impose any duty on the Lessor to exercise any such power, and neither the Lessor nor such attorney-in-fact shall be liable for any act, omission, error in judgment or mistake of law, except as the same may result from its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
