The County will abide by all applicable construction contract requirements related to the use of iron and steel products produced in the United States as required by 31 TAC § 371.4, related EPA SRF Policy Guidelines and the TWDB American Iron and Steel Guidance, unless the County has requested and obtained a waiver from EPA pertaining to the Project. This section applies in a manner consistent with United States obligations under international agreements. If the County is a signatory to such an agreement, then the County is under the obligation to determine its applicability and requirements and document the actions taken to comply for the TWDB.
