Iron and Steel. The County will abide by all applicable construction contract requirements related to the use of iron and steel products produced in the United States as required by 31 TAC § 371.4, related EPA SRF Policy Guidelines and the TWDB American Iron and Steel Guidance, unless the County has requested and obtained a waiver from EPA pertaining to the Project. This section applies in a manner consistent with United States obligations under international agreements. If the County is a signatory to such an agreement, then the County is under the obligation to determine its applicability and requirements and document the actions taken to comply for the TWDB.
