Involuntary Termination in Connection with a Change in Control. In the event that Executive’s Involuntary Termination occurs immediately prior to, on or within the twelve (12) months following the consummation of a Change in Control (as defined below) and subject in all events to Executive’s compliance with Section 7(d) below, then Executive shall be entitled to the benefits provided above in Section 7(b), except that:

In the event that Executive’s Involuntary Termination occurs immediately prior to, on or within the twelve (12) months following the consummation of a Change in Control (as defined belowin Section 7(e)) and subject in all events to Executive’s compliance with Section 7(d) below, then Executive shall be entitled to the benefits provided above in Section 7(b) (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be incorporated into and become part of this Section 7(c)), except that:

Involuntary Termination in Connection with a Change in Control. In addition to the event that Executive’s benefits set forth in above, if Executive incurs an Involuntary Termination occurs immediately within one (1) month prior to, on or within the to and twelve (12) months following the consummation of a Change in Control (as defined below) and subject in all events to Executive’s compliance with Section 7(d) belowControl, then Executive shall be entitled to the benefits provided above set forth in Section 7(b)11.2 above, except that:
