Involuntary Bankruptcy. If any involuntary petition is filed under any bankruptcy or similar law or rule against Investor, and such petition is not dismissed within sixty (60) days, or a receiver, trustee, liquidator, assignee, custodian, sequestrator or other similar official is appointed to take possession of any of the assets or properties of Investor.

Involuntary Bankruptcy. The failure of Borrower to effect a full dismissal of any involuntary petition under the Bankruptcy Code or under any other debtor relief law that is filed against Borrower or in any way restrains or limits Borrower or Lender regarding the Loan or the Property, prior to the earlier of the entry of any court order granting relief sought in such involuntary petition, or sixty (60) days after the date of filing of such involuntary petition; or

Involuntary Bankruptcy. If, within sixty (60) days after the filing of a bankruptcy petition or the commencement of any proceeding against the Borrower or the Guarantor seeking any reorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution or similar relief under any present or future statue, law or regulation, the proceeding shall not have been dismissed, or, if within sixty (60) days, after the appointment, without the consent or acquiescence of the Borrower or the Guarantor, of any trustee, receiver or liquidator of any Borrower or all or any substantial part of the properties of the Borrower o the Guarantor, the appointment shall not have been vacated.
