Investor Report. At least two Business Days before each Payment Date, the Servicer will deliver to the Depositor, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the Note Paying Agent, the Administrator and the Rating Agencies a servicing report substantially in the form of Exhibit A (the “Monthly Investor Report”) for that Payment Date and the related Collection Period. A Responsible Person of the Servicer will certify that the information in the Monthly Investor Report is accurate in all material respects. The Servicer will include the disclosure required by Rule 4(c)(1)(ii) of Regulation RR in the first Monthly Investor Report.

Investor Report. (a) On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Depositor, the Seller and the Trustees, an Investor Report in respect of the related Collection Period and Payment Date and all information necessary for the Trustees, as applicable, to send (or provide access to via the internet) statements to Securityholders pursuant to Section 6.06 of the Indenture and Section 5.01(b) of the Trust Agreement. The Servicer shall also specify to the Trustees, no later than the Determination Date following the last day of a Collection Period as of which the Seller shall separately identify (by account number), in a written notice to the Depositor and the Trustees, the Receivables to be repurchased by the Seller or purchased by the Servicer, as the case may be, on the related Deposit Date.

Investor Report. On or prior to the Determination Date for each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Depositor, the Owner Trustee, each Note Paying Agent and Certificate Paying Agent and the Indenture Trustee, with a copy to the Rating Agencies, an Investor Report containing all information (including all specific dollar amounts) necessary to make the transfers and distributions pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Indenture for the Collection Period preceding the date of such investor report (the "Investor Report"), and the written statements to be furnished by the Owner Trustee to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.7 and by the Indenture Trustee to the Noteholders pursuant to Section 4.7 hereof and Section 7.4 of the Indenture. Receivables purchased or to be purchased by the Servicer or a Seller shall be identified by the Servicer by the Seller's account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in the Schedule of Receivables).
Investor Report. On or prior to the last Business Day of each month, the Collection Agent shall prepare and forward to the Agent and each Administrative Agent (i) an Investor Report as of the end of the last day of the immediately preceding month, (ii) a listing by Primary Payor of all Receivables together with an analysis as to the aging of such Receivables as of such last day, but only to the extent the Receivable Systems of the Collection Agent are able to generate such information, (iii) written confirmation that all payments in cash, by way of credits to intercompany accounts (in the case of purchases made by the Seller from any Transferring Affiliate) or by way of application of proceeds of advances made under the Subordinated Note (in the case of purchases made by the Transferor from the Seller) have been made by the Transferor under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or by the Seller under the Transferring Affiliate Letter, as applicable, in accordance with the respective terms of such agreement, (iv) a report specifying the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables for each of the Obligors representing the ten largest percentages of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables, together with information on the agings of such Receivables, (v) confirmation that NMC continues to comply with its obligations under Section 5.5 (a) to (c) below with regard to the Retained Interest and (vi) such other information as the Agent or any Administrative Agent may reasonably request. Investor Report. The Master Servicer will compile the information submitted by the Receivables Servicers, and deliver such information to the Securities Administrator. For the first Collection Period, the Servicer may modify the form of the Monthly Investor Report as appropriate to reflect that the first Collection Period is comprised of two calendar months, including to report the Collections and the performance of the Receivables separately for each calendar month. A Responsible Person of the Servicer will certify that the information in the Monthly Investor Report is accurate in all material respects. The Servicer will include the disclosure required by Rule 4(c)(1)(ii) of Regulation RR in the first Monthly Investor Report.
Investor Report. On or before the tenth (10th) Business Day of each calendar month or more frequently as the Agent shall request (which during the continuance of a Default or Event of Default may be daily), an Investor Report substantially in the form of Schedule I hereto, together with a certificate of the Borrower in substantially the form of Annex A to the Investor Report.
Investor Report. The Borrower shall deliver to (a) the Note Trustee and the Principal Paying Agent, not later than 45 days following the 31 March and 30 September Quarter End Dates in each year and not later than 90 days following the 30 June and 31 December Quarter End Dates in each year, and (b) to the Rating Agencies not later than 45 days following each Quarter End Date in each year, an Investor Report. The Borrower shall make the Investor Report available to the Noteholders for inspection by the Noteholders at the specified office for the time being of the Principal Paying Agent. In addition, the sections of the Investor report headed "Net Assets", "EBITDA" and "Coverages", and the statement therein as to whether or not the Financial Covenant has, in respect of the relevant period, has been met, shall be posted by the Borrower on the Bloomberg information service under the title "DIGFIN" on the same date. The Borrower agrees that it will require the Rating Agencies to treat as confidential and for their information only the Investor Reports in respect of the 30 June and 31 December Quarter End Dates, and not to disclose such Investor Reports to any other person.
