Investor Documents. Each Investor has executed a Subscription Agreement which has been provided to Administrative Agent. Each Side Letter that has been entered into by such Investor has been provided to Administrative Agent. For each Investor, (i) the applicable Operative Document and its Subscription Agreement (and any related Side Letter) set forth its entire agreement regarding its Capital Commitment and (ii) no changes, modifications, amendments or waivers were otherwise made to the applicable Operative Document, form Subscription Agreement attached hereto, or any related Side Letter.
Investor Documents. A copy of a duly executed Subscription Agreement and Side Letter (if applicable) of each Investor in such additional Borrower;
Investor Documents. A copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement and Side Letter (if applicable), Credit Link Document (if applicable), with each Initial Borrower, which in each case shall be acceptable to Administrative Agent in its sole but reasonable discretion, as well as a schedule of each Investment Period for all Investors;
Investor Documents. Administrative Agent shall have received from each Investor a copy of such Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement and Side Letter, if any; and
Investor Documents. (i) with respect to Investors listed on Exhibit A hereto as of the Closing Date, a copy of each of the documents such Included Investor, is required to deliver as set forth in the definition of “Included Investor”;
Investor Documents. With respect to Investors, a copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement, Side Letter (if applicable) and Credit Link Document, if applicable;

With respect to Investors: (i) a copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement, Side Letter (if applicable) and Credit Link Document, if applicable; and (ii) if such Investor is an Endowment Fund Investor, a copy of any keepwell agreement in place between such Investor and its Sponsor;

Each Side Letter that has been entered into by such Investor has been provided to Administrative Agent. For each Investor, (i) the applicable Operative Document and its Subscription Agreement (and any related Side Letter) set forth its entire agreement regarding its Capital Commitment and (ii) no changes, modifications, amendments or waivers were otherwise made to the applicable Operative Document, form Subscription Agreement attached hereto, or any related Side Letter, except for any changes, modifications or waivers (a) that were entered into in accordance with the terms of this Credit Agreement and (b) with respect to which the Borrowers provided notice in writing to the Administrative Agent as required hereunder.
Investor Documents. Within the applicable time periods contemplated by Section 3(b)(iii) and (vii), the Agent shall have received such documents as required by French law and the limits and other conditions set forth in the corporate authorizations of the Company in a form acceptable by the Company duly executed, and such documents shall be in full force and effect, including the Investor Letter of each prospective investor.
Investor Documents. The Borrowers, the Investment Adviser or any of the Covered Associates (as such term is used and defined in the applicable Operative Document and/or Side Letters) shall not permit, at any time, the Borrowers, the Investment Adviser or any of the Covered Associates to make any Contribution (as such term is used and defined in the applicable Operative Document and/or Side Letters) or coordinate or solicit any person or political action committee to make any Contribution to, the (a) Governor of the State of Ohio; (b) Treasurer of the State of Ohio, (c) Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives; or (d) President of the Ohio Senate, other than as permitted by Rule 206(4)-5 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.
