Common use of Investment of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Investment of Proceeds. Prior to the application of the proceeds of the Trust Property in accordance with Clause 13.1 (Order of application) the Security Trustee may, at its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Trustee or the Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Trustee shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the application from time to time of those monies at the Security Trustee’s discretion in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 13.2.

Investment of Proceeds. Prior to the application of the proceeds of the Trust Security Property in accordance with Clause 13.1 11.1 (Order of applicationApplication) the Security Trustee may, at in its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Trustee or the Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Trustee shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the application from time to time of those monies at in the Security Trustee’s discretion in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 13.211.

Prior to the application of the proceeds of the Trust Property Secured Collateral in accordance with Clause 13.1 (Order of application) 13.1, the Security Trustee mayTrustee, at in its discretion, may hold all or part of those proceeds in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Trustee or the Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Trustee shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the application from time to time of those monies at in the Security Trustee’s discretion in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 13.213.
