Common use of Investment of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Investment of Proceeds. Prior to the application of the Recoveries in accordance with Clause 28.1 (Order of application) the Security Agent may, in its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds in a non interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Agent shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the application from time to time of those moneys in the Security Agent's discretion in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 28.

Prior to the application of the proceeds of the Recoveries in accordance with Clause 28.1 30.1 (Order of applicationApplication) the Security Agent may, in its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds in a non an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Agent shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the application from time to time of those moneys in the Security Agent's ’s discretion in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 28‎30.3.
