Investment of Funds in the Collection Account. (a) The Servicer may direct any depository institution maintaining the Collection Account and REO Account to invest the funds on deposit in such accounts or to hold such funds uninvested (each such account, for the purposes of this Section 3.12, an “Investment Account”). Investment of Funds in the Collection Account. (a) The Master Servicer may direct any depository institution maintaining the Collection Account and REO Account to invest the funds on deposit in such accounts or to hold such funds uninvested (each such account, for the purposes of this Section 3.122.12, an “Investment Account”).
