Common use of Investment of Funds in the Accounts Clause in Contracts

Investment of Funds in the Accounts. The Trustee shall invest all uninvested funds in the Certificate Account or any other segregated account the content of which is held for the benefit of the Trust (each, an "Account") in Eligible Investments of the type specified in clause (2) of the definition thereof prior to the close of business on the Business Day such funds are deposited in any such Account. The Trustee or any such depository institution shall be required to hold such Eligible Investments to maturity unless any such investments shall (x) no longer qualify as Eligible Investments (as determined by the Administrative Agent) or (y) be payable on demand.
