Investment of Contributions. Each Participant or Beneficiary shall direct the investment of his or her Account among the investment options available under the Annuity Contract or Custodial Account in accordance with the terms of the Individual Agreements. Transfers and exchanges among Annuity Contracts and Custodial Accounts may be made under this Section 7.2 to the extent provided in the Individual Agreements and permitted under applicable Income Tax Regulations.
