Investment Advisory Agreement. (A) The terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement, including compensation terms, comply in all material respects with all applicable provisions of the 1940 Act and the Advisers Act and (B) the approvals by the board of directors and the stockholders of the Company of the Investment Advisory Agreement have been made in accordance with the requirements of Section 15 of the 1940 Act applicable to companies that have elected to be regulated as business development companies under the 1940 Act.
Investment Advisory Agreement. This Amendment No. 1 to Investment Advisory Agreement is dated as of May 1, 1997 and amends the Investment Advisory Agreement (the "Advisory Agreement") dated September 9, 1994 made by and between Touchstone Advisors, Inc., an Ohio corporation (the "Advisor"), and Select Advisors Portfolios, a New York master trust created pursuant to a Declaration of Trust dated February 7, 1994 (the "Trust").
Investment Advisory Agreement. A separate written agreement entered into by the Adviser, the Manager and the Company pursuant to which the Adviser provides advisory services to the Company.
Investment Advisory Agreement. The Company shall enter into an investment management and advisory agreement (the “Investment Advisory Agreement”) with the Investment Adviser for assistance in providing management services to the Company, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I.
Investment Advisory Agreement. The term “Investment Advisory Agreement” as used in the provisions of the Dealer Manager Agreement incorporated by reference herein shall mean the investment advisory and administrative services agreement, dated as of April 28, 2011, by and between the Advisor and the Company, as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of August 10, 2012, as such agreement may be further amended or supplemented from time to time.
Investment Advisory Agreement. A separate written agreement entered into by the Adviser, the Manager and the Master Fund pursuant to which the Adviser provides advisory services to the Master Fund.
Investment Advisory Agreement.
