Common use of Investment Advisors Clause in Contracts

Investment Advisors. No party has received or will receive any ------------------- compensation or other remuneration for advising Purchaser with respect to this investment other than legal counsel, and Purchaser represents that no investment advisor or purchaser representative has been consulted or retained in connection with Purchaser's decision to invest in the Company.
