Investigative File Sample Clauses

Investigative File. The file established by the District as a result of any investigation of an employee is not one of the two personnel files listed above. Access to a file dealing with an investigation shall be in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 1012.31. If the preliminary investigation is concluded with the finding that there is not probable cause to proceed further and with no disciplinary action taken or charges filed, a statement to that effect signed by the responsible investigating official shall be attached to the complaint.

  • Grievance File Records involving the processing of an employee's grievance, such as the grievance form, step appeals/responses, and settlement documents, will be kept in a file separate from the employee’s personnel file. It is not the intent of this section to exclude from the employee's personnel file final disciplinary action documents, including those that result from a settlement agreement.

  • Grievance Files Written grievances and responses will be maintained separately from the employee’s personnel file.

  • Grievance Investigation The Employer agrees to supply to the Union the names of all applicants for a vacancy, or new position in the course of a grievance investigation.
