Investigation and Processing of Grievances. 13.08 In order to facilitate an orderly and confidential investigation of grievances, the Employer shall make available the temporary use of a suitable location, or the Union may request that the aggrieved Employee(s) meet at the Union office when the Union deems that the Employer's facilities are not suitable to maintain confidentiality. The Employer shall also supply the necessary facilities for the grievance meetings, if available.
Investigation and Processing of Grievances. The Union Xxxxxxx shall, after giving appropriate notice and approval by the District, be allowed reasonable time off, with pay, during working hours to attend grievance hearings or grievance meetings on the premises of the District. Attendance is subject to the manpower needs of the District.
