Common use of Inventory Control Clause in Contracts

Inventory Control. All Operating Equipment is subject to the Authority’s inventory control system. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Authority Directive (BA-001A) entitled Property Management Policy Directive, which is included in Exhibit G-1. An inventory check will be conducted on the effective date of the Contract, when such assets are turned over to the control of the Contractor, and annually throughout the Contract Term as directed by the Authority. The Contractor shall participate in inventory control system training as required by the Authority. In addition, the Authority may authorize the Contractor to purchase additional replacement equipment for the Authority.
