Inventory Control. Subdistributor shall to the extent the Product was a consigned item, provide assistance to the hospital or clinic, as applicable, with the inventory assessment and, if necessary, inventory restocking in regards to the Product. Except as explicitly authorized in this Agreement or in a separate written agreement with Distributor, Subdistributor shall not offer to service, repair, modify, alter, replace, or otherwise change the Products.

Inventory Control. At all times during the term of this Agreement, SUPPLIER shall (i) physically segregate the Products in a SUPPLIER inventory location so as not to mix BUYER inventory with other customer inventory; (ii) physically segregate agency approved (e.g., RoHS) components from non-agency approved (e.g., non-RoHS) components; and (iii) maintain clear and accurate records of all inventory transactions, including, without limitation, receipts, usage and scrap. Inventory Control. 20.01 The Union and the Company both recognize that inventory control is a necessary function of the workplace. To ensure a timely and quality annual inventory, a joint labour management committee meeting will be held at least two (2) months prior to the annual inventory date each year. The participants in the joint labour management meeting will be a bargaining unit employee from each functional area, each functional area supervisor, the operations manager, the regional operations manager and the full-time union representative. The purpose of the meeting will be to determine pre-inventory, general inventory and post-inventory work necessary for taking a quality inventory count in a timely manner.
