Inventory and Checkout. 18.1. To agree that the check-in report of the Inventory and Schedule of Condition given to the Tenant at the start of the Tenancy will be regarded as a true record of the condition of the Property and will be used to assess all damage for check-out purposes at the end of the Tenancy, if a signed copy with any amendments or alterations is not returned to the Landlord or the Agent within seven days of its receipt by the Tenant
Inventory and Checkout. 7.23.1 The Tenant shall indemnify the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent for any loss arising from the failure of the Tenant to keep a mutually agreed appointment to complete the check-out procedures at the termination or sooner ending of the Tenancy which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include indemnifying the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent for any costs incurred in arranging a second check-out appointment. If the Tenant does not keep the second appointment, any assessment made by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent shall be final and binding on the Tenant.
