INVALIDITY CLAUSE. If any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement are declared wholly or partly invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and any wholly or partly invalid terms or conditions shall be modified to the minimum extent possible to make it valid, legal and enforceable.

INVALIDITY CLAUSE. If any term of this agreement is or becomes invalid or void in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected. A valid term whose economic outcome corresponds to the objective of the invalid term or approaches it as closely as possible shall be arranged in place of the invalid provision.

INVALIDITY CLAUSE. The invalidity or non-applicability of one of the clauses of the Payment Scheme Membership Agreement shall not detract from the validity or applicability of the Payment Scheme Membership Agreement in its entirety.   • Invalidity and Severability If any provision of this Agreement shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect. The parties hereby agree to attempt to substitute for any invalid or unenforceable provision a valid or enforceable provision which achieves to the greatest extent possible the economic legal and commercial objectives of the invalid or unenforceable provision.

  • Invalidity Any provision of this Agreement which may be determined by competent authority to be prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. In such case, the parties shall in good faith modify or substitute such provision consistent with the original intent of the parties.
