Invalidity and Waiver. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or inoperative, then so far as is reasonable and possible the remainder of this Agreement shall be deemed valid and operative, and, to the greatest extent legally possible, effect shall be given to the intent manifested by the portion held invalid or inoperative. The failure by either party to enforce against the other any term or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such party’s right to enforce against the other party the same or any other such term or provision in the future.

Invalidity and Waiver. Any provision in this Agreement that is held to be illegal or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions and any such illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law. The failure by either party to enforce against the other any term or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such party’s right to enforce against the other party by the same or any other such term or provision in the future.
Invalidity and Waiver. The partial or complete invalidity of any one or more provisions of the Contract shall not affect the validity or continuing force and effect of any other provision. The failure of either party hereto to insist, in any one or more instances, upon the performance of any of the terms, covenants or conditions of the Contract, or to exercise any right herein, shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of such term, covenant, condition or right as respects further performance.
Invalidity and Waiver. 11.1 If any of the provisions of this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
Invalidity and Waiver. 16.1 If at any time any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, that shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement, or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that or any other provision of this Agreement.
Invalidity and Waiver. 11.1 If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be void, illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part under any enactment or rule of law, such provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this Agreement but the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected.
Invalidity and Waiver. Should any provision of this Agreement be held by a court of law to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected or impaired thereby. The failure of any party to enforce any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, unless waived in writing, will not constitute a waiver of that party's right to enforce each and every term and condition of this Agreement.
Invalidity and Waiver. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable, and the remainder of this Agreement (and such provision as so modified) shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of rights under this Agreement by either party shall constitute a subsequent waiver of such rights or of any other right under this Agreement. Client hereby waives the right to seek specific performance of any provision of this Agreement or injunctive relief against Screenvision relating to any provision of this Agreement.
Invalidity and Waiver. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable, and the remainder of this Agreement (and such provision as so modified) shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of rights under this Agreement by either party shall constitute a subsequent waiver of such rights or of any other right under this Agreement. Advertiser hereby waives the right to seek specific performance of any provision of this Agreement or injunctive relief against SVD relating to any provision of this Agreement.
