Common use of Invalid Term or Condition Clause in Contracts

Invalid Term or Condition. To the extent any term or condition in the Contract conflicts with a compulsory applicable State or United States law or regulation, such Contract term or condition is void and unenforceable. By executing any Contract Document which contains a conflicting term or condition, no representation or warranty is made regarding the enforceability of such term or condition. Likewise, any applicable State or federal law or regulation which conflicts with the Contract or any non-conflicting applicable State or federal law or regulation is not waived.
