Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. In the event that any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in this Instrument shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained herein or in any other Relevant Documents shall not be in any way affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby. In the event that the application of any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions of this Instrument is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, those covenants, agreements, terms and provisions shall not be in any way affected, prejudiced or disturbed when otherwise applied.
