Invalid Provision. Should any portion or provision of this Agreement for any reasons be declared invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and binding effect of all remaining portions or provisions shall not be affected; and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed with said portion or provision eliminated.
