Invalid or Unenforceable. In the event that any of the covenants, agreements, terms, or provisions contained in the Loan Agreement, or the other Loan Documents, shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained herein, and in any Loan Document, shall not be in any way affected, prejudiced, or disturbed thereby.

Invalid or Unenforceable. If an arbitrator or court determines that any part of this “Dispute Resolution” Section, other than Section 19.A. above (regarding Mandatory Arbitration), is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of this “Dispute Resolution” Section shall apply.   • Partial Unenforceability The invalidity or unenforceability of any Section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other Section, paragraph or provision hereof. If any Section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement is for any reason determined to be invalid or unenforceable, there shall be deemed to be made such minor changes (and only such minor changes) as are necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
