Common use of Invalid clauses Clause in Contracts

Invalid clauses. If any provision of the Agreement including these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity or enforceability of all other provisions of the Agreement including these Terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

Invalid clauses. If any part or provision of the this Agreement including these Terms is held prohibited, or rendered void or unenforceable, by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part legislation, the validity or enforceability of all other provisions of the Agreement including these Terms and the remainder as a whole or of the provision in question any other part of this Agreement shall not be affected.
