Invalid clauses. If any provision or part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, amendments to this Agreement may be made by the addition or deletion of wording as appropriate to remove the invalid part or provision but otherwise retain the provision and the other provisions of this Agreement to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
Invalid clauses. If any part of the contract is found by any court or similar authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be struck out, but the rest of the contract shall apply.

If any provision of the Agreement including these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity or enforceability of all other provisions of the Agreement including these Terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
Invalid clauses. (1) Clauses in license contracts or relating to such contracts shall be invalid in so far as they impose on the licensee, in the industrial or commercial sphere, restrictions not deriving from the rights conferred by the patent or not necessary for the upholding of such rights.

Invalid clauses. If the whole or any part of a provision of this Agreement is void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of this Agreement has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the basic nature of this Agreement or is contrary to public policy.

Invalid clauses. The invalidity of any one or more phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, or provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the remaining portions of the Agreement.
