Common use of Introductory Paragraph Clause in Contracts

Introductory Paragraph. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 512, Counties of Cook, Lake, Xxxx and XxXxxxx and the State of Illinois hereinafter referred to as the "Board," and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx College Professional/Technical Union, a Chapter of the Xxxx County College Teachers Union, Local 1600, AFT, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for the Professional/Technical employees in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
