Publisher considers the status of Pilot School granted to be a distinct honor and privilege for the Publisher because of the benefits and blessings it will receive through this working partnership. In any case where a misunderstanding of contract obligations develops, the two parties to this agreement hereby pledge and contract themselves to discuss and negotiate the differences until all is resolved to both parties’ satisfaction.

INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. This grievance procedure is intended to establish an orderly process of resolving differences which may occur between the Board of Education or the administration and the professional staff. The purpose of the grievance procedure is to secure, at the lowest possible administrative level equitable solutions to grievances which may arise from time to time. Both parties agree that these proceedings will be kept as informal as may be appropriate at any level of the procedure.
INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. The Consultant Evaluation Program is a program administered by ECS as a means for ADOT to monitor and evaluate the quality of work performed on engineering consultant contracts. A positive approach to the program assures that project schedule, cost and quality of design and construction are attainable. This assures that potential problems which may impact other projects or the 5-Year Construction Program are identified and resolved in a timely manner. All engineering consultant contracts shall be evaluated annually based on the Notice to Proceed (NTP) anniversary date by the ADOT staff assigned to the contract, including the ADOT PM, other technical groups, ECS staff, etc., in accordance with applicable contract provisions, . In addition to annual evaluations, a final consultant evaluation must be conducted at the end of all engineering consultant contracts as outlined in 48 CFR Subpart 42.15.
INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. OC Parks requires supplemental Architect-Engineer (hereinafter “A-E”) design and professional consultant services to meet workload demands and project scheduling commitments for implementation of capital improvement and rehabilitation projects for the historical facilities that it manages. In addition, this on-call agreement is also for miscellaneous small projects that are anticipated but are not yet defined. OCP has eight (8) historic facilities under its system: Arden/Modjeska Historic House and Gardens, Xxxxxx Center, Heritage Hill Historical Park, Irvine Ranch Historic Park, Xxxxxx Xxx Ranch Historic Park, Old Orange County Courthouse, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Adobe Historic Site, and the Historic Yorba Cemetery. The total amount of contracted work that will be required on an “as-needed” basis shall not exceed $250,000 unless otherwise approved by the Board of Supervisors. Because of its on-call nature, there is no guarantee of any minimum amount nor any assurance that OCP will utilize the maximum contract amount throughout the term of the contract.
