INTRODUCTION, DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION. This Customer Data Protection Agreement is a part of the Master Services Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. It sets out additional security and privacy commitments of FMS in respect of Personal Data (as defined below).
