Intoxicating Liquor. No intoxicating liquors are permitted to be bought, sold or consumed on any part of the premises without the permission in writing from the Operations Manager, whose written consent must also be obtained prior to seeking any Temporary Event Notice from the Local Authority for the sale of alcoholic liquor. All evidence of intoxicating liquor including, inter alia, crates and bottles, must be removed from the premises at the end of the hiring.
