Intoxicating Liquor. No intoxicating liquors are permitted to be bought, sold or consumed on any part of the premises without the permission in writing from the Operations Manager, whose written consent must also be obtained prior to seeking any Temporary Event Notice from the Local Authority for the sale of alcoholic liquor. All evidence of intoxicating liquor including, inter alia, crates and bottles, must be removed from the premises at the end of the hiring.
Intoxicating Liquor a) During the Period of Hire, the Hirer shall ensure that no intoxicating liquors are permitted to be bought, sold or consumed on any part of the Premises without the prior express permission in writing of the Governing Body

To consume intoxicating liquor beyond the Hall proper, namely toilets, foyer, porch and hall Carpark is a clear breach of the Bond. The sale of Intoxicating Liquor on site is strictly prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: You must inform the Town Clerk that you are obtaining a T.E.N. for use at the Picton Centre as they may only be issued for any particular premises on 12 occasions in each calendar year. (Jan – Dec) A valid T.E.N. must be produced prior to the event.
