Intoxicating Beverages. Any employee who reports for duty with his ability impaired by alcohol or narcotics, or who brings intoxicating beverages into or on any premises or vehicle of the Corporation of the City of Kingston, or who partakes of intoxicating beverages or narcotics or has such substances in his possession while on duty, may be suspended or dismissed subject to the grievance procedure. This Article shall be applied subject to the terms of the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Intoxicating Beverages. Intoxicating beverages will not be served on or about the Leased Premises nor will intoxicating beverages be served on or about the City Facilities under the terms of this Agreement without the written consent of the Lessor. If the Lessor consents to the serving of intoxicating beverages on the Leased Premises, said serving of intoxicating beverages will only be allowed if served in accordance with Chapter 340A of the Minnesota Statutes and any regulations thereunder as well as any and all applicable City ordinances as such statutes, regulations, and ordinances may be from time to time amended, supplemented, or replaced. The Lessor and the Lessee further agree that the serving of intoxicating beverages will be subject to such terms, conditions, and limitations as may be required by the Lessor’s insurance carriers, said terms, conditions, and limitations to be prescribed by the Lessor’s insurance advisor.
Intoxicating Beverages. The Renter shall not have in their possession or serve intoxicating beverages or liquor on the premises without obtaining a Certificate of Liability in the amount of $1,000,000 from a licensed insurance agent. The certificate shall indicate host alcohol. Said certificate shall be submitted to the Owner one month prior to the Event Date. The certificate shall name Ashland County Park District and Xxxxxx Farm Park, located at 000 Xxx. Rd. 1601, Greenwich, OH 44837, as co-insured.

No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed in the community areas including, but not limited to, the playground, office, etc. Intoxicated behavior which substantially endangers the safety of other persons or property, or causes a nuisance, will be treated as such in eviction proceedings.
