Interview Period Clause Examples
The Interview Period clause defines a specific timeframe during which interviews or assessments related to a contract or agreement may take place. Typically, this period is set to allow one party to evaluate candidates, review qualifications, or conduct due diligence before making a final decision or proceeding to the next stage. By establishing clear boundaries for when interviews can occur, the clause helps manage expectations, ensures an orderly process, and prevents unnecessary delays or misunderstandings between the parties involved.
