INTERVENTION CONDITIONS. We will use all possible and necessary resources to assist you wherever you are in the zone defined in the General terms and conditions and in compliance with the terms of these General terms and conditions. However, we will only be able to act under the following conditions: - that there are no obstacles to the free movement of persons and property, either by land, sea or air, and for any reason, especially following a decision of or recommendation by the local, national or international authorities, or the occurrence of a Natural disaster or a war situation, - that at least the international airport closest to your location is open, - that the safety of the persons providing the assistance services is guaranteed, it being agreed that it is not within our remit to carry out military operations.

INTERVENTION CONDITIONS. For all interventions, it is imperative that the Policy holder or their representative contact the Assistance first. The contact details are given in section 1.6. HOW TO USE OUR SERVICES? and on the Assistance card. In all cases, only the Assistance’s medical authorities are authorised to decide on repatriation, the choice of means of transport and the place of hospitalization, and if necessary will get in contact with the local medical doctor and/or the family general practitioner. Bookings are made by the Assistance centre which can request unused tickets from the Policy holder. The Assistance only has a duty to cover the costs additional to those the Policy holder would normally have paid for their return.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer develops and manufactures various products for use in the defense, aerospace and security industries. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to expand its operations at various locations throughout California, including El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Palmdale, Sunnyvale, Woodland Hills, Azusa and Rancho Xxxxxxxx. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by the taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, Xxxxxxxx agrees that any full-time employee hired after the effective date of this agreement that is a “qualified full-time employee” (as defined in RTC section 23636) shall be excluded from the calculation of the net increase of full-time employees required by this Agreement if Taxpayer claims the credit allowed by RTC section 23636.

  • Room Condition The university agrees to provide and the resident agrees to maintain the assigned room and all public areas in and around the immediate building(s) accessible to the resident in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. Upon termination of this agreement, the student should leave the assigned room, its furnishings, and its equipment in as good an order and condition as the same were upon commencement of the student’s occupancy, ordinary wear and tear excepted. University staff will complete an inventory of furnishings and an assessment of damages; charges will be assessed to the responsible individual(s). Personal property left in a room following the termination of occupancy will be deemed abandoned. Students will be charged for the removal of such property.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.
