Common use of Interpretive and Additional Provisions Clause in Contracts

Interpretive and Additional Provisions. In connection with the operation of this Contract, the Custodian and the Fund may from time to time agree on such provisions interpretive of or in addition to the provisions of this Contract as may in their joint opinion be consistent with the general tenor of this Contract. Any such interpretive or additional provisions shall be in a writing signed by both parties and shall be annexed hereto, provided that no such interpretive or additional provisions -------- shall contravene any applicable federal or state regulations or any provision of the Articles of Incorporation of the Fund. In connection with the operation of this Contract, the Custodian and the Fund Fund, may from time to time agree on such provisions interpretive of or in addition to the provisions of this Contract as may in their joint opinion be consistent with the general tenor of this Contract.
