INTERPRETER, CREDENTIALS a. The Contractor shall only assign approved interpreters in response to authorized Purchaser requests. The Contractors interpreters must have an active membership in good standing with Washington State Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (WSRID).

INTERPRETER, CREDENTIALS. 8.1. The Interpreter acknowledges the importance to Translin, the Client and other Interpreters that the Interpreter is a qualified interpreter. The Interpreter agrees to provide to Translin accurate, current and complete information when registering on the Site, including all professional credentials and qualifications, and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. The Interpreter expressly authorises Translin to validate and verify his/her credentials including with interpreter accreditation and registration organisations in his/her jurisdiction. Translin may accept or refuse an Interpreter or terminate the Translin Interpreter Account at any time and at its sole discretion.

  • Credentials The names and credentials of the individuals who: (1) designed the statistical sampling procedures and the review methodology utilized for the Claims Review and (2) performed the Claims Review.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.

When the grievance is eligible for initiation at Step 3, the grievance shall be filed on the grievance form contained in Appendix B of this Contract, setting forth specifically the facts on which the grievance is based, the specific provision(s) of the Contract allegedly violated, and the relief requested.
