Interpretations and Clarifications. The CONSULTANT shall issue necessary interpretations and clarifications of the drawings and specifications and in connection therewith prepare work directive changes and change orders as required. In addition, the CONSULTANT shall respond, in writing, to all "Requests for Information" (RFI). All RFIs and responses thereto shall be submitted to the CITY.

CONSULTANT will review CONTRACTOR(s) schedule(s) to monitor construction progress. Updated schedules will be provided to the OWNER as necessary unless agreed otherwise. Applications for Payment. CONSULTANT will review CONTRACTOR’s applications for periodic payment to verify that amounts requested by the CONTRACTOR agree with actual progress of the work. Approved applications will be submitted to the OWNER for payment.
