– Interpretation of Terms Within the Agreement. 1. Wherever language in the Agreement refers to specific duties or responsibilities of supervisors or management officials, it is intended only to provide a guide as to how a situation may be handled. It is agreed that the Agency retains the sole discretion to assign work to supervisors and management officials and to determine which supervisors or management officials will perform the supervisory or managerial functions discussed.
