Interpretation of Contract Documents The Contract Documents shall be construed neither against nor in favor of either party, but shall be construed in a neutral manner.

Governing Law and Interpretation This Agreement may be signed in multiple counterparts each of which shall be deemed to be an original and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia. No provision herein, by virtue of the party who drafted it, shall be interpreted less favorably against one party than another. All references to time shall mean the time in Georgia.
