Common use of Internet Services Clause in Contracts

Internet Services. a. The Landlord may offer an optional Internet Service at an additional fee. If offered, the charge is paid as additional rent for the apartment and is subject to apartment Lease requirements. The Term of Service is from the date the fee is paid until the end date of the current year’s Lease, including any sublets. There is no pro-ration for partial year service.
