Common use of Internet Service Clause in Contracts

Internet Service. High-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet service is provided to the apartment at no additional charge. High-speed internet services can be upgraded for an additional fee. Internet service levels and/or providers may be changed during the contract period if such changes apply uniformly to all residents of the building containing the Premises.
