Internet Product Warning Requirements. For all Products manufactured, imported, distributed, sold or offered for sale after the Effective Date via the internet to customers located in California, or sold in or into California, by Dynacraft directly or through third-party websites over which Dynacraft has the ability to control the application of warnings, Dynacraft shall provide warnings for each Product, both on the Product label, in accordance with Section 2.4, and by prominently displaying the warning to customers prior to purchase or during the checkout process such that the consumer does not have to seek out the information being provided. The warning or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning, using the word “WARNING” and given in conjunction with the sale of Products via the internet, shall be transmitted in accordance with Cal. Code Regs., tit. 27, § 25602(b), specifically, on the product display page, or by otherwise prominently displaying the warning to the purchaser prior to completing the purchase. A warning is not prominently displayed if the purchaser must search for it in in the general content of the website. For third-party websites, as a condition of sale, Dynacraft shall notify the sellers the Products must be accompanied by a warning, prior to and as a condition of sale, in or into California, and shall supply the warning requirements, as detailed above.

Internet Product Warning Requirements. For all Products manufactured, packaged, imported, distributed, sold or offered for sale after the Effective Date via the internet to customers located in California, to customers with retail outlets in California, nationwide distribution or e-commerce platforms, Garden Spot shall provide warnings for each Product, both on the Product label, in accordance with Section 2.3, and by prominently displaying the warning, or requiring the warning to be prominently displayed, to customers prior to purchase or during the checkout process such that the consumer does not have to seek out the information being provided. The warning or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning, using the word “WARNING” and given in conjunction with the sale of Products via the internet shall appear on: (a) the same web page on which the Product is displayed; (b) the same web page as the order form for the Product; (c) on the same page as the price for any Product; or (d) on one or more web pages displayed to a purchaser during the checkout process. The warning shall appear in any of the above instances adjacent to or immediately following the display, description, or price of the Product for which it is given in the same type size or larger than other consumer information provided for the Product.

  • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use.   • On-Product Warnings The Settling Entity shall affix a warning to the label or otherwise directly on each unit of the Product provided through in-store retail outlets in California or sold online to consumers in California either directly or through its customers. For the purpose of this Settlement Agreement, “label” means a display of written, printed or graphic material that is printed on or affixed to a Product or its immediate container. The entire warning shall appear in a type size of at least 6-point type and no smaller than the largest type size used for other consumer information on the product. The warning language shall consist of either the Warning, or the Short-Form Warning described above in subsection 2.3(a) or (b), respectively, and be consistent with 2.3(c) above if it applies.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Trunk Forecasting Requirements 14.2.1 Initial trunk forecast requirements. At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Alltel shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.
