Internet Notice. Within fourteen (14) days after the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator will develop, host, administer, and maintain the Settlement Website, containing the notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Internet Notice. Within 30 days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator will implement a digital notice campaign that is designed by the Settlement Administrator, agreed to by the Parties, and approved by the Court.
Internet Notice. By the Settlement Notice Date, the Claims Administrator will maintain and administer a dedicated settlement Website (xxx.XxxxxxxXxxXXXXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) containing class information and related documents, along with information necessary to file a claim, and an electronic version of the Claim Form members can download, complete, and submit electronically. At a minimum, such documents will include the Settlement Agreement and attached exhibits, E-mail Notice, Mail Notice, a downloadable Claim Form for anyone wanting to print a hard copy and mail in the Claim Form, and when filed, the Preliminary Approval Order and the Final Approval Order. The Website will be taken down and rendered inaccessible by 240 calendar days after the first pro rata distribution.
Internet Notice. Within forty-five (45) days after the entry of Preliminary Approval, the Settlement Administrator will develop, host, administer and maintain a dedicated settlement website located at URL xxx.XXXxxxxxxxxXxxxxXxxxxXxxxxx.xxx, which shall include the ability to electronically file Claim Forms online. The Notice on the settlement website shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
Internet Notice. The Settlement Administrator shall establish an internet website containing information about the Settlement at a URL to be determined. The Settlement Website will be accessible no later than five (5) days prior to the first mailing of the Mail Notice described above. The Settlement Website will set forth the following information: (i) the full text of the Settlement Agreement; (ii) the Mail Notice; (iii) the claim form for the Settlement Class Members; (iv) the Preliminary Approval Order and other relevant orders of the Court; (v) with the consent of Defendants (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), other documents and information determined in good faith by Settlement Class Counsel to be reasonably necessary for effectuating of this settlement and notice process; (vi) if the Settlement is terminated, a notice approved by the Parties notifying Settlement Class Members of such termination; (vii) contact information for Settlement Class Counsel and the Settlement Administrator; (viii) motion for Preliminary Approval and supporting papers, attorneys’ fee motion and supporting papers, and motion for Final Approval and supporting papers after each respective document has been filed with the Court. Any material language or information appearing on the website in addition to the above-listed documents shall appear only with the prior consent of all Parties. Not later than twenty (20) days before the Final Fairness Hearing, the Settlement Administrator shall cause proof of the establishment and maintenance of the Settlement Website to be filed with the Court. Any disputes under this Subparagraph shall be resolved by the Court, without right of appeal

Internet Notice. Within ten (10) days after the entry of Preliminary Approval, Class Counsel will post on its Internet site this Agreement and the details of the Class settlement.
Internet Notice. 18 The Parties, the Settlement Administrator and the Notice Provider shall use best efforts to 19 cause the Class Notice to commence online at the Settlement Website promptly after entry of the 20 Preliminary Approval Order. The Settlement Website shall be administered by the Settlement 21 Administrator and/or the Notice Provider. The Settlement Administrator and the Notice Provider 22 shall use best efforts, within thirty (30) days after the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval 23 Order, to cause Internet users that utilize search engines to search for specific phrases, such as 24 “Universal” and/or “Animal Pak,” to be exposed to an Internet banner advertisement directing such 25 users to the Settlement Website. Internet Notice. By the Settlement Notice Date, the Class Administrator will maintain and administer a dedicated Settlement Website containing class information and related documents. At a minimum, such documents will include the Settlement Agreement and attached exhibits, E-mail Notice, Mail Notice, and when signed, the Preliminary Approval Order, all submissions regarding final settlement approval, attorney’s fees and costs, service awards for the Class Representative, and the Final Approval Order. The Settlement Website will permit members of the Settlement Class who elect to do so to register online to receive (a) email notice that the Court has granted Final Approval of the Settlement, (b) updates and reminders on the deadlines to submit Requests for Exclusion and make Objections, and (c) the status of payments under the terms of the Settlement. The Settlement Website will be taken down and rendered inaccessible by the Final Distribution Date.
