Internet Connection. 一、 貴行及立約人同意使用網路進行電子文件傳送及接收。 The Bank and the Applicant both agree to transmit and receive electronic documents over the internet. 二、 貴行及立約人應分別就各項權利義務關係與各該網路業者簽訂網路服務契約，並各自負擔網路使用之費用。 The Bank and the Applicant shall establish service agreements with their respective internet service providers to secure their own rights and obligations; both parties shall bear their own expenses incurred for accessing the internet. 第 7 條 (電子文件之接收與回應)
