Internet Communications. To the extent that the Parties use the Internet as a means of communication, all e-mail and/or other Internet-based communications containing Confidential Information shall be encrypted.

Internet Communications. There are three ways to communicate with the internet from the Galaxy 3. For highspeed internet, you will need a working router, Ethernet and/or WiFi Communications.
Internet Communications. Unless you instruct us otherwise we may, where appropriate, communicate with you and with third parties via e-mail or other electronic means. However, internet communications are capable of data corruption and therefore we do not accept any responsibility for changes made to such communications after their despatch. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or problems that may arise through the use of internet communication and all risks connected with sending sensitive information relating to your financial affairs are borne by you. If you do not agree to accept this risk, you should notify us in writing that e-mail is not an acceptable means of communication. It is the responsibility of the recipient to carry out a virus check on any attachments received.

The address follows the convention xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx with username the individual's first initial followed by the last name without spaces, x.x. Xxxx Xxx will be xxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Also, the Project Architect/Engineer will find additional UT System, Institution and OFPC information located on the OFPC World Wide Web page found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx
Internet Communications. ICBCFS will take measures that it believes appropriate to protect the confidentiality of information that it transmits to you over the Internet. You acknowledge, however, that the Internet is not a secure network and that communications transmit- xxx over the Internet may be accessed by unauthorized or unintended third parties. You acknowledge that you should not transmit any personal or identifying information (such as account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, Social Security numbers, passport or visa numbers or Passwords) via the Internet unless you are certain that the transmission will be secure and encrypted. You further acknowledge that ICBCFS may be unable to assist you with problems that result from difficulties that you may encounter while logging on to or accessing your electronic communications via the Internet.
Internet Communications. INVU has not at any time during the preceding year posted under its name or under any pseudonym, whether or not accompanied by personally identifiable information, any statement, comment, or other communication on any internet chat room, bulletin board, or other forum, whether or not access is or purports to be restricted, respecting INVU, its business or financial condition, prospects, management or opportunities or its securities or effecting transactions therein, except public releases by INVU duly authorized by its officers or directors.

Each Obligor acknowledges that internet communications are not secure and may be intercepted by third parties, and, as such, the Receivables Purchaser does not accept any responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any interception of internet communications or interference by third parties.

Exhibit G to the Customer Account Agreement – Options Supplement This supplement (the “U.S. Options Supplement”) is entered into between Customer and Cowen. This U.S. Options Supplement sets forth certain additional terms and conditions on which Cowen will open and maintain Accounts for options pursuant to the Customer Account Agreement. The following sets forth Customer’s and Xxxxx’x respective rights and obligations arising from Xxxxx’x handling, purchasing, selling, assigning, exercising and/or endorsing listed equity and index options, including puts and/or calls, or variations thereof (“options”), for the account of the above listed Customer. In connection with such transactions for Customer’s account, Customer agrees and represents as follows:

IN NO EVENT SHALL BANK OF AMERICA OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ADVISORS OR REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, "BANK OF AMERICA PARTIES") HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO ANY LOAN PARTY, ANY LENDER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES (WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF ANY LOAN PARTY'S OR THE AGENT'S TRANSMISSION OF COMMUNICATIONS THROUGH THE INTERNET, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THE LIABILITY OF ANY BANK OF AMERICA PARTY IS FOUND IN A FINAL NON-APPEALABLE JUDGMENT BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO HAVE RESULTED PRIMARILY FROM SUCH BANK OF AMERICA PARTY'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. 117
