Internet Banking Service. The Internet Banking Service requires a browser that supports 128-bit encryption and we will warn you if your browser does not meet this requirement. Whenever SSL is securing your communications, the browser will typically indicate this secure session with the appearance of a small icon of a locked padlock. What this means to you is that your communications are scrambled from your browser to our servers at all times to minimize the risk of any unauthorized party reading the information as it is carried over the Internet. Certificate Authority - The servers hosting the Internet Banking Service have been certified by a certificate authority to help assure you that you are actually talking to the Internet Banking Service instead of someone pretending to be us. By clicking on the lock within the Internet Banking Service, you can view the certificate to ensure it's valid. Cookies - During your use of the Internet Banking Service, our Internet banking Service Provider will pass an encrypted session cookie to your computer that enables us to process multiple transactions during the session without having to provide an Access ID and Passcode for each individual transaction. You must accept this cookie to use the Internet Banking Service. The session cookie is stored on your computer's hard-drive, identifying your computer while you are logged on. The session cookie does not contain any personal information. When you log off, close your browser, or turn off your machine, the session cookie will be destroyed. Multi-Level Authentication - We use multi-level authentication (or enhanced security) to help prevent unauthorized access to your accounts. As part of our enhanced security solution we may ask you to select challenge questions which may be used to help verify your identity in the event unusual login or transaction activity is detected. We may also send you a One Time PIN (OTP) which can be used to help authenticate your login or transaction requests.

Internet Banking Service. 43.21.1 The Bank will take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that systems used by it for providing Internet Banking Services contain adequate security safeguards; control and manage the risks in operating such systems, taking into account any applicable law, rules, regulations, guidelines, circulars, codes of conduct and also prevailing market practices. Cardholder is aware of the risks, responsibilities and liabilities involved in Internet Banking and has after due consideration availed of the same. Cardholder represents and warrants that he has, a complete working knowledge of computers/electronic machinery, e-mail and the Internet, which will enable Cardholder to avail the Internet Banking facility.

Internet Banking Service. Services and Account Accessibility By accessing Internet Banking at xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx you may access your Account information, including balance information and transaction history, initiate transfers between your Accounts and make payments on your loans. The balances and transaction information that you obtain through Internet Banking is current through the close of business on the preceding business day. A transfer completed before the transfer cutoff time on a business day will be posted to your Account the same day. All transfers completed after the transfer cutoff time on a business day or on a day that is not a business day, will be posted on the next business day. The transfer cutoff time is 6:00 p.m. (Central Time) Monday-Friday. All your Accounts will be linked by means of the name of all individual owners or authorized representatives who have authority to access those Accounts and the portfolio number associated with the Accounts. If your Account(s) is owned by more than one person, or is accessible by one or more Authorized Representatives, each needs a unique Access ID and Password. The terms of this Agreement will apply to each person.
