Internet Access Agreement. As a student at Amberley District State School, you are expected to use the computing and internet facilities that we provide in an efficient, responsible and accountable manner. They must be used for study-related purposes. Specifically, you must not transmit, retrieve, store, or display any topics or forums that deal with:  Sexually explicit material;  Hate speeches;  Offensive material;  Material regarding illicit drugs or violence;  Material regarding criminal skills and / or illegal activity;  Material of a defamatory, discriminatory or harassing nature. At no time are you permitted to:  Attempt unauthorised access to resources, such as hacking;  Share your username or password to the computing network with anyone else;  Use equipment in any way that would reflect unfavourably on Amberley District State School. You may download materials within reason, and in line with copyright regulations. The amount you can download will depend on the needs of your educational program. If you breach any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, Amberley District State School may;

Internet Access Agreement. Student's Agreement for Internet Access I have read and understand the School ICT Code of Conduct. I will use the School network, my user area and my internet access in a responsible way and obey these rules at all times. I understand that failing to do this I will be subject to the School behaviour policy. Persistent breaches of the rules could result in my network account being disabled until such time as a meeting has taken place with my parents/carers to discuss my behaviour on the network and agree future targets.

  • Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site.   • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
